WI-FI SUPPORT

You’re connected

Bookmark this page so you can find these steps again later.

Your service is monitored 24/7/365, just a short hop from fiber, and provided as-is without warranty.

To get the best experience, you’ll need to make a couple of quick settings changes on your device. The one-time setup below takes care of it, and the troubleshooting steps handle most issues if they come up.

Set up once Important

Turn off Private Wi-Fi Address

When this is on, your device shows a different random ID every time it connects — so our system counts each connection as a brand-new device and quickly uses up your 5 devices. Turning it off keeps you as one device. You can switch it back on when you’re done using our network.

  1. 1Open the Settings app, then tap Wi-Fi
  2. 2Tap the (i) button next to our network name
  3. 3Tap Private Wi-Fi Address to switch it off
2 If you have trouble

Tap a problem to see the fix. Try them in order.

Fixes most problems — especially if you’ve moved to a new spot since you last connected. Turning Wi-Fi off and on connects you to the nearest access point. Safe if you completed step 1 above.

  1. 1Open Settings, then tap Wi-Fi
  2. 2Tap the Wi-Fi switch off, wait 5 seconds, tap it on
  3. 3Wait until you’re connected to our network again
